Introduction
Silica hydride is a mineral. It has been used as an antioxidant to help slow damage to cells. Silica hydride has not yet been tested on humans or animals. It can be taken as a pill or powder, but it is not widely available.
Dosages
There are no advised doses for silica hydride.
What Research Shows
There is not enough data to support that silica hydride is helpful in treating health problems. We will review future studies as they are published.
